  My first time getting a massage @ the Massage Envy Coppell location, the customer service was beyond terrible. My co-worker has a membership but with a different location and offered to gift me a massage from his membership but that did not go well, he called the Coppell location to set it up for me last week Wednesday, they gave him a hard time, saying he was not in the system, then they finally found it and the appointment was set up and I thought everything was fine. My visit was Sunday 7/9 @10am. Once I completed my visit, I left. Before I could get home the lady called me and asked how I was going to satisfy payment. I told her this was already taken care of by the person that gifted me a visit and I gave his name. She apologized and the call ended, then 30 mins later I received a call from the office mgr Cynthia who again asked me for payment, once I explained to her for the 2nd time what happened, she stated she did not see the person in the system that gifted me the massage. I told her I would have my co-worker call her back to clear this up. He called me back to say all was well but he was really upset and apologized to me for what happened. I will never ever visit there again and my co-worker is cancelling his membership because of the poor customer service in general. Train you staff to be pro-active before calling a customer asking for payment, and thanks for running my credit card I was told would only be used for security purposes that is why it was declined you had no business using it.

  I went in to get a massage because I had really tight shoulder and neck muscles. When I left, I was worse off than when I arrived. I had to go to the Chiropractors to get it fixed. I called Massage envy to talk with the manager. Left a message with one of the front staff to have the manager call me. Guess what? No one ever did. Never going back, I'm telling anyone who asks to not go there.
